Thinking about listing your home, first we need to meet in person and see property to start the wheels turning on staging needs and home prep as well as a conversation regarding comparable properties to build a pricing index. Allowing us all to get on the same page. This step should only take 30-40 minutes and is a great time to get to know each other and the home.

When it comes to preparing your home for pictures and showings we will set you straight and help you decide what to paint, move, stage, and/ or toss etc. Don’t worry we can refer you to one of our trade hook-ups if you need to do any staging, painting, or renovations, we have a great list of trusted and reliable teams on standby. 

Once ready, it all starts with taking pictures, filming videos and measuring for the floorplan. This will take place about a week before your homes market debut.
